Devika Rani (30 March 1908 – 9 March 1994was the first lady of Indian cinema. She was born in a wealthy, had estate in her Indian family. Her mother Leela Devi Choudhury was niece of Rabindranath Tagore. She had completed her schooling in London, started boarding school at the age of nine. Devika completed her education in 1920. However, The affair of Rajkapoor and Nargis ended when Kapoor didn't want to end the relationship with his wife.
