Have you ever faced challenges or roadblocks before creating the right content for you or your client’s audience?
Working in Content Marketing for a while now, I get to meet several other creators & ghostwriters like me. One of the most common, under the bridge questions remains this: “What do I create for this niche?”
Understanding How to Create the Best Content
In fact, here are the three most common issues creators face while understanding content creation
1. Creating the right content for the right audience
2. Consistently creating high quality content
3. Creating content that stands out
AI Content Creation and Roadblocks
In today’s time with generative AI still on the rise, apparently creating content still remains difficult and has its roadblocks. While content has become more democratic than ever, walking over these challenges has also become easier, yet steep.
The one thing that remains common for every type of audience is authenticity. No matter what, where; audiences are looking for research and analytics with clean guidelines. And personalized content that is catered only to them, and builds their relationship with the creator.
Best content Creation practices
Read this below to get leverage on the best content practices for your right audience:
Case Studies:
Case studies are like real-life stories that show how your product or service helps people. They are usually analytical, and deeply researched based on facts. These stories can be super helpful for two groups:
1. People who are thinking about buying your stuff: They can see how your product or service solved a problem they have.
2. People who are new to your industry: They can learn from the experiences of others and see what's possible.
Opinion Post:
What sets your founder, or anyone for that matter, apart is their unique ideas and perspectives.
Their voice should shine through, loud and clear. Having your own opinions makes you stand out from the crowd, because not everyone fits into the same mold. Remember, being authentic doesn't mean being disrespectful.
It's about being true to yourself and sharing your unique viewpoint.
Tips & Tricks:
Tips & tricks to get things done with hacks in your niche is an underrated one. Often falling under thought leadership content, these posts can be magic spells.
Although many creators do post such tips even in your niche, the point is to understand what it is that they are missing out? Find their loopholes with your research. Make sure to make those hacks very easy and actionable.
Build proper guidance in such content, even maybe something that goes against the norms. This automatically creates a reason strong enough for people to follow you and reach out to you for support and guidance.
Engagement Posts:
Engagement posts are posts that are simply engaging: there may or may not be high quality content here. E.G it could be memes in your niche that you post.
But the idea is to make sure that people find it relatable or funny. So that they find that even as a creator, you are human and have a personality beyond generating leads and income.
This helps create a bond with them, as if your audience finds you relatable, they believe that you are someone who truly understands them. And that may lead to faith, and then the journey of a lead.
Leveraging AI Tools:
In an age where Artificial Intelligence is said to assist surgeons with smaller tasks, creating content must remain a piece of cake for it. While completely depending on AI for creation may be “unethical” but it is so only due to people’s lack of awareness of how to properly leverage something as big as it is.
We cannot take AI’s credit away as there are influencers who are complete AI models with more rapid growth following than that of a human influencer. These AI influencers land brand deals quicker than any other. But here’s how you can leverage it the right way for your content:
Use tools like Veed.io for auto-generated subtitles for your video content. Other tools like OpusClip can help turn long form videos/podcasts/meetings into small, biteable, potentially viral reels/shorts. We all know Grammarly, but there are now several tools that can help you get out of a slug fest.
Although, leverage AI for inspiration, grammar and styling only. Make sure that the end result of your content remains humanly authored, accessible and authentic.
All in all, content creation should never be a tragedy, or frustrating. Try to have fun with it. The process of some may just be a little slow or tiring. But make sure to make the best out of it.
