I have been watching my routing since long back, from my school days to my office life. All I can say that everything in this universe is for a cause. All the human being helps each other. If one fails, everyone fails at somewhere in life.
Thus, when I wake up, I must breathe fresh air. The sunlight gives you a visit at your front door every day. A house should be constructed in such a way. However, when the bird starts chirping, that's the natural alarm that you should wake up.
