Taylor announced 1989 (Taylor's Version) on August 9 on the Eras Tour, and subsequently revealed it on Instagram with the caption "Surprise!! 1989 (Taylor's Version) is on the way! The 1989 album altered my life in innumerable ways, and I'm thrilled to announce that my version will be released on October 27th. To be honest, the 5 From The Vault tunes are incredible.
