Life moves in inevitable cycles, much like the changing seasons. While nature effortlessly adapts to these shifts, humans often struggle against the current, caught in a stressful rat race of overthinking and high expectations. By reconnecting with the earth's natural rhythm and embracing life's inevitable peaks and valleys, can we finally find true inner peace?

How beautiful life is, at least if you can and may enjoy it to the fullest. Unfortunately, not everyone is given full enjoyment, but life in itself is beautiful. Everything comes and everything goes, if you dare to let it go. After all, for everything that goes, there is always something new. It is like: Spring, summer, autumn and winter the four seasons that follow each other over and over again. It can sometimes be the case that they start a little later or stop earlier, but they always follow each other.

Shifting Realities: Awareness, Climate, and Daily Mindset

Most people don't think about this anymore or at most they think about the different clothes they have to take out of their closet at different times. When the day starts, they look outside, and feel the temperature and then select the clothes for that day, airy or warm. But do you ever stop to think about the miracle that takes place right in front of you, every year?

The Universal Miracle: Earth, Nature, and Seasonal Cycles

This miracle happens again every year, as the seasons follow each other. But do you realize what our planet does for us and what we as humans keep forgetting to do ourselves? As said: "the seasons follow each other, they differ from each other and do not make a problem for themselves." They are different at different times, and do not care about the changing circumstances, they adapt to the new circumstances, and go their way.

Life Lessons from Nature: Resilience, Well-being, and Overcoming Hardships

We can learn a lot from our nature and its seasons. We could also divide our lives into seasons. Pleasant warm seasons, wet rainy, unpleasant seasons, pleasant restorative seasons, and a wonderfully comfortable season that is sometimes a bit too hot. In short, being there. Moments when we are not doing so well, sometimes downright badly, moments when we as human beings get back on our feet and also moments when we enjoy ourselves and walk around triumphantly and tell everyone how good we are, and how well we have all done, and especially that we are much better than the rest.

Human vs. Nature: Coping with Peaks, Valleys, and Mental Health

Could we really be so different from our nature, or can we identify with it less and less? Don't we remember that "after high mountains, there are often valleys," and vice versa? Our lives also have highs and lows. "Giving lessons, and taking lessons" is a concept that has started to sound stranger to many of us. Ideally, we only want good times, and especially there should be no bad times in our lives.

Childhood Development: Learning, Failure, and Perseverance in Life

You probably can't remember ever peeing on a potty in your younger years, and sometimes in your pants. That you were first carried and then crawled, that as a child you held on to the edge of a table to pull yourself up to learn to stand, and how many times did you fall, and still got up? Even then, there were indeed "seasons" for you in which things went well and less well, right? But then you gave up, or wanted to learn, and tried again. You probably didn't think at the time: "after rain comes sunshine." The seasons follow each other automatically over and over again, as long as we don't disturb them too much.

Environmental Connections: Finding Flow, Ecology, and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

Perhaps a strange comparison for you at the moment, but compare our lives with a disturbed environment. We, humans, believe that we always have to intervene in what happens on earth. Again and again we interfere with the seasons, we try to influence the temperature on our earth, for better or for worse. Again and again we do not let the earth take its "course". Every time we think that we can influence things. Isn't this just like the interference in our lives. Suppose we just follow our "flow" just like nature, as the Hungarian writer Mihaly Csíkszentmihályi once wrote in his book of the same name. There have also been ice ages on earth in places where now only the sun shines.

Psychology and Overthinking: Escaping the Rat Race and Embracing Mindfulness

We tell ourselves too many stories, according to the scientists in psychology we are the only being on this earth who can think about his own thoughts. Yes, we think about what others think about us. We often think far too much about how we should fit into the "rat race". We forget to compare the "seasons" in which we live at that moment. If one lives in the winter and the other in the summer, they get different temperatures and weather conditions, which sometimes makes things better or in other cases less manageable. We humans no longer take the time to sit out these bad seasons. And ok, I admit that the demands we place on ourselves and on others are sometimes far too high. Enjoying cold and poverty again as many people on this earth have to do could perhaps benefit us very much.

Self-Care and Compassion: Harmony, Social Support, and Thriving Together

I don't mean to say that you should let arms be nice and poor, and that you should neglect yourself. But listen better to the rhythm of nature, and enjoy, then many people around you will probably enjoy it with you and you will thrive better, good luck!
